Since you are an independent contractor, you have many benefits. You can choose the areas that you want to work!
Cleaning is hard and we believe our teams deserve to be paid properly. Our cleaners can make anywhere from $500 - $2500 per week depending on how many jobs you can handle.
We pay our cleaners on a weekly basis.
Contractor Qualifications
Our goal is to hire qualified cleaners and teams that are willing to work hard to uphold the high standards of our cleaning services
We require a minimum of 2 + years of cleaning Experience as a professional cleaner
All of our contractors must be hardworking, trustworthy, and Reliable
You must be willing to acquire General Liability Insurance if requested by management
Each applicant is required to undergo a comprehensive background check. Successfully clearing this detailed screening is essential for your candidacy. Additionally, reliable transportation is crucial for timely arrivals and departures at client locations. It's also vital that you have a smartphone with a consistent email and internet connection, as this is how you'll receive important information related to your job.
Upon joining our team as a contractor, we'll start assigning tasks to you right away. Initially, we might not guarantee a steady 40-hour week of cleaning jobs, but as your partnership with us grows, you'll have the opportunity to establish a solid roster of regular clients, enhancing your job stability. All cleaners are required to have their own, reliable vehicle. This vehicle must be well maintained in order to avoid mechanical issues on the job
All contractors are required to have their own cleaning supplies and equipment. You will receive a list of recommended products
All contractors MUST pass a background check in order to work with our company. We need to ensure that you are a responsible contractor that will take care of our clients
